I have always been very interested in pursuing a career in the culinary arts and I remember how excited I was when I learned there were culinary arts degrees available that I would be able to achieve if I were to attend a good Cooking school to pursue my culinary goals. Some of my friends have already wondered why I would feel the need to pursue an actual certification in the culinary world since they say I already cook really, really well as it is. But I think that having natural skills are just an invitation to further pursue those talents, not just rest on one’s laurels and take them for what they are.

I believe that if I got some good education and really began to further develop my natural inclination and enjoyment of the field, I could learn so much more and take it so much further. Then who knows what I could do with it, I mean I could start a restaurant somewhere exotic like in the Caribbean or maybe in Europe somewhere, on the Mediterranean.  I think that would be a really great and exciting life to live with my family. So I am going to seek the training I need to get there.
